Karah Moody, LMHC, MCAP

Karah Moody is a licensed mental health counselor and has worked with substance abuse and mental health for over 16 years. She has worked as a therapist, clinical director, and LGBTQIA+ coordinator in residential substance abuse and mental health treatment. She has also worked in the early childhood court with children and families as a child-parent psychotherapist, as well as in adolescent and young adult IOP programs. She is trained in DBT and EMDR and holds an MCAP as a Certified Addictions Professional. Karah has experience working with first responders and veterans, both as a therapist and in program development. Her holistic approach to recovery has enabled her to design and implement programs that create lasting, impactful change, making recovery possible.
